Salon And Spa Policies

We endeavor to give you our very best in order to enhance your experience at Zaza. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you and our valued therapists and stylists. We know you will have a pleasant experience with us as we strive to be your favorite Salon and Day Spa.

For Your Satisfaction

We strive to give our customers as much attention and comfort as we can, as well as provide them with the best service possible. Please feel free to communicate with our staff if you have any questions or suggestions on how we can make your experience at ZaZa better in any way.

Late Policy

In order to serve you better, we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving late will limit the time of your service; which may reduce effectiveness and enjoyment of the service and/or cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

We require a credit card number for any appointment an hour or longer, multiple appointments, Spa packages or group parties. As a courtesy to our technicians a minimum 24 hours cancellation notice is required for single or double appointment, 48 hours for any Spa package reservations, multiple services(3 or more), or party of 3 or more people, and 1 week cancellation notice for group party of 6 or more guests. All late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a full service price.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards, personal checks or cash. Returned checks will be charged a service fee. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Gratuities

At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted since they are not included in our service prices. Gratuities are not accepted on credit cards but are on pin-based debit transactions.

Return Policy

We guarantee that you will love your product!!! If not, simply bring it back to ZaZa within 3 months of purchase, at least half full and receive a credit towards any other product/service at the salon.

Spa Etiquette

As a courtesy to our guest receiving services, please turn your cell phones and pagers off before entering the spa area and please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Also, should the need arise to bring a child 13 years of age or younger, please make sure you accompany them through their services (or they are with you through your services) to ensure that there are no disruptions for other guests in the salon.

Gift Cards

Our Gift Cards are available for any service, package or product and are not refundable. If you lost your Gift Card you will be charged a $5 fee for a replacement card and your remaining credit will transfer over. Your card has no expiration date. Should there be a price increase after your card was issued, you will not be responsible for the difference as long as you are redeeming the card within 6 months of the issue date. Lost Items

We regretfully can not be responsible for any loss, theft or accidental damage to your personal belongings so please take extra caution to prevent any such occurance.
