The “Work Specs” (they’re straightforward!):
- Help to improve and elevate the entire guest experience
- Recruit, train and inspire our front desk associates
- Maintain clean organized work and retail area
- Serve as the liaison between staff and guests to ensure satisfaction
- Run occasional local errands for the salon
- Monitor inventory and facilitate ordering to keep the salon stocked
- Book appointments using our POS system
- Contribute ideas for monthly specials and opportunities for improvement
- Check guests in and out including taking payment
- Recommend appropriate products and services to guests
